How much is a standard callout?
The standard callout is $275 + GST and includes diagnosis and the first hour of labour during normal hours. After-hours, Sunday and public-holiday rates are confirmed before attendance.
Can you attend after hours?
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency response across Sydney, subject to technician availability and travel time. Call 0423 063 061 for the quickest response.
Will you repair the fan during the first visit?
Where the fault is repairable and suitable parts are available, we aim to restore operation as quickly as practical. Larger motors, complete fans or specialist components may require a return visit.
Do you repair more than exhaust fans?
Yes. We work on motors, belts, bearings, starters, VFDs, speed controls, make-up air systems, ESP equipment and associated interlocks.
Do you clean kitchen exhaust ductwork or canopies?
No. We provide mechanical and electrical inspection, maintenance and repairs. Grease cleaning should be completed by a specialist commercial exhaust cleaning contractor.
